I am a member of the Society of Decorative Painters in the USA.  Decorative painting is more popular there and each year they have an annual convention featuring all the best artists in the world.  For 2010 and 2011 these will be held in Wichita, Kansas, which is the home of the Society.  I am hoping to get out there and join in the fun!  I will keep you posted on developments, but in the meantime you can find out more for yourself on www.decorativepainters.org.
