The Creative Possibilities programme was created by Vicki Rhodes and Cynthia Bowman in conjunction with Chroma Inc and Jo Sonja Jansen. It was brought to the UK in 2006 with the aim of promoting and revitalising the decorative painting market here in the UK and inspire new and existing teachers. 

The programme consists of a series of modular workshops to teach and inspire students as well as providing opportunities for teachers in the Teacher Support Programme.
