Booking
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings payable at time of booking. The balance is due on the day of the workshop. All payments must be made by cash/cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Applejack Crafts.
Upon receipt of the booking and deposit, a confirmation letter will be issued confirming the booking and supplying relevant information.
By booking on a workshop you are accepting the terms as set out.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the workshop, it is not possible to refund your deposit unless the place can be re-booked, although you may arrange for a friend or family member to take your place.
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for Applejack Crafts to cancel a workshop. Should this occur, an alternative date will be offered or full refund made.
Privacy Policy
All contact information held will be used solely for the purpose of communication with the individual and will not be passed on to any third party without the individual's consent.
Copyright
All materials remain the property of Applejack Crafts and any patterns purchased, either separately or through a workshop, may only be used for personal projects and not taught or sold, unless permission is sought from Applejack Crafts. This also applies where other artists designs are used during workshops, as permission has already been sought by Applejack Crafts and this does not apply to the student.
Purchases
Any items bought from Applejack Crafts may be returned within 14 days providing they are still in their packaging and have not been used.
